SNAEIA and Dicastal Morocco Africa Officially Signed a Framework Cooperation Agreement

On May 28, 2024, Ms. Chen Lu, Secretary-General of the Sino-North Africa Education Innovation Association, was invited to visit Dicastal Morocco Africa. Upholding the principles of "mutual benefit and win-win development," Ms. Chen and Mr. Mohammed Senhaji, Human Resources Director of Dicastal Morocco Africa, reached a consensus on establishing a partnership and engaging in international cooperation. They signed a framework cooperation agreement.

During the meeting, Ms. Chen and Mr. Mohammed Senhaji discussed leveraging both parties' resource advantages to create an international cooperation platform for Sino-North Africa institutions, promote the innovation and development of vocational education in China and North Africa, and support the "New High-level" construction. They had pragmatic discussions on projects such as implementing the "Chinese + Vocational Skills" education and training model, jointly assisting vocational institutions in launching internationally influential professional standards, curriculum standards, and teaching resources, and promoting vocational schools to follow Chinese enterprises in their global expansion. Both parties expressed great anticipation for the cooperation.

CITIC Dicastal Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as CITIC Dicastal) was established in 1988 by CITIC Group. It is the first aluminum wheel manufacturing enterprise in mainland China and is the world's largest supplier of aluminum wheels and aluminum chassis components. CITIC Dicastal ranks first in domestic aluminum wheel exports, is among the top 50 global automotive parts suppliers, and is the first lighthouse factory in the global aluminum wheel industry.

Dicastal Morocco Africa production base is the largest investment project since the establishment of a strategic partnership between China and Morocco. Currently, it comprises two aluminum wheel factories and one aluminum casting factory, including the DMA and DMC. The first phase of the factory took only nine months from initiation to production, demonstrating "Chinese capability and Chinese speed," and has been hailed as a "Model of China-Morocco cooperation." Since its inception, the Dicastal Morocco Africa production base project has received high praise from the governments and mainstream media of both countries, being recognized as an outstanding example of modern industrial cooperation between China and Morocco.
