Implementation Plan for
the "Cooperative Partners Program" of the SNAEIA
Establishment and Significance of the Project
Sino-North Africa Education Innovation Association (hereinafter referred to as the SNAEIA) is planning, establishing, and launching the "Cooperative Partners Program Special Funding Project" (hereinafter referred to as the Project). The project is set to be implemented over a five-year period, from 2024 to 2028. SNAEIA has consistently upheld the principles of serving national diplomacy, the Belt and Road Initiative, and educational openness. It is dedicated to promoting cultural exchange between China and North African countries and facilitating international educational cooperation among universities. The association firmly believes that cultural exchange and international collaboration in higher education between China and North Africa will greatly contribute to fostering cultural understanding between their people, strengthening friendship, and promoting the high-quality development of international education.
