I. Program Duration and Schedule
The duration is six months:
May 2024 – October 2024
II. Admission Requirements
1. Proficiency in Chinese or English;
2. Graduates of IT programs from secondary vocational schools, and graduates or enrolled students of IT programs from higher vocational schools.
III. Fees
1. Tuition, accommodation, registration, and examination fees are exempted;
2. Other expenses such as round-trip airfare, residence permit, and medical examination are borne by the students themselves.
IV. Teaching Mode
1. Approximately 20 students per class;
2. The curriculum includes Chinese language study and professional courses;
3. Those who successfully complete the program will receive certification as a Huawei Certified Datacom Engineer.
V. Internship and Employment
Those who obtain Huawei Network Engineer certification will be recommended to Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. for internship in its business companies in Southeast Asia, North and Central Africa, and other regions. Interns may be employed as regular employees if they perform well during their internship.
VI、Introduction to Liaoning Provincial College of Communications
Liaoning Provincial College of Communications was founded in 1951, marking the inception of the very first specialized school in highway transportation in the New China. Over the span of 72 years, through continuous construction and development, the college has evolved into one of the national first-tier demonstrative institutions for higher vocational education. It ranks among the top 50 in terms of employment, national service contributions to higher vocational education, teaching management, and educational outcomes. Additionally, 45% of the faculty hold senior professional titles. The institution boasts 6 national-level teacher teams, including the "Huang Danian-style" teacher team. Furthermore, there are 9 individuals who have been awarded titles such as national teaching renowned teacher and model teacher. The campus spans 900 acres with a built-up area of 313,000 square meters. The total value of teaching instruments and equipment exceeds RMB 560 million, with a total fixed asset value of RMB 1.326 billion.
The college offers 45 specialties and has established 2 national top-tier specialty groups in roads and bridges, and automobiles. Additionally, there are 6 top-tier specialty groups in Liaoning Province, encompassing areas like intelligent manufacturing, information technology, and urban rail. Emphasizing the integration of industry and education and collaborating with enterprises, the college has spearheaded the establishment of national demonstrative groups for road and bridge vocational education and the Liaoning provincial demonstrative group for automobile vocational education. By closely aligning with the requirements of enterprises such as Huawei, SIASUN, and AVIC, 7 distinctive industry colleges have been co-established. Huawei ICT Academy and SIASUN Robot Academy have been acclaimed as "Liaoning Revitalization Industry Colleges." Furthermore, in collaboration with 27 entities including China Railway 19th Bureau, BMW Brilliance, and Shenyang Metro, 35 specialty classes have been co-established under the modern apprenticeship and order-based training models, with nearly 80% of the specialties being order-based.
