中非标准化研究能力提升国际培训班招生简章

三、培训目标 Training Objective

本次培训班旨在围绕国际及中非标准化领域的理论与实践，提升学员在标准化管理及国际标准化合作方面的实务能力。

Focusing on the theories and practices of standardization in China, Africa and international community, the training program aims to enhance participants’ practical skills in standardization management and international standardization cooperation.

四、培训内容 Training Content

本培训班主要包括专题讲座与实地考察两部分，期间将聘请长期从事相关领域的专家和企业家担任培训讲师，系统讲授国际标准化发展、标准编写规则、重点领域标准应用等内容，切实提升学员在标准化实践与综合应用能力。

This training program consists of two parts: lectures and on-site visits. Experts and entrepreneurs who have long been engaged in related fields will be invited as training instructors. They will systematically introduce the development of standardization, standard drafting rules, application of standards in key sectors, etc., aiming to effectively enhance participants’ practical skills and comprehensive application capabilities in standardization.

五、学员条件和要求 Requirements for Participants

1. 学员应来自非洲国家且熟练掌握英语。

2. 学员应是涉及相关领域的政府官员、科研技术人员、教师、学生、企业管理人员。

3. 培训结束前，每位学员需分别提交一份本国标准化发展动态及需求说明，内容应涵盖本国标准化领域当前重点进展、亟需解决的难题及期望对接的具体合作内容等。

4. 培训结束前，每位学员须分别提交视频素材（不少于3分钟），内容包括但不限于培训心得体会，对中国科技和文化的感悟、回国工作计划，以及学员间分组研讨与团队协作花絮等内容。

1. Participants should come from African countries and are good at English.

2. 2Participants should be government officials, researchers, teachers, students, and enterprise managers in related areas.

3. Prior to the completion of the training, each participant shall submit a report outlining recent developments and needs in their country’s standardization efforts, including key progress, main challenges, and expected areas of collaboration.

4. Prior to the completion of the training, each participant shall submit video footage (no less than 3 minutes) covering, but not limited to, training reflections, insights into China’ s science, technology and culture, post-return work plans, as well as highlights of group discussions and teamwork during the program.

六、费用安排 Expenses

1. 培训班主办方仅承担学员在培训期间的食宿费、交通费（国际旅费除外）及培训费，其他所有费用均需学员自己承担，如行李超重费、电话、洗衣及个人所需日用品等。The organizers will cover accommodation, local transportation (round-trip international travel expenses are excluded), and tuition fees in China during the training. All other expenses, such as excess baggage fees, telephone charges, laundry, and personal items, shall be borne by the participants themselves.

2. 学员需承担从本国到中国培训班主办地的往返国际旅费（从所在国至中国北京，及中国成都至所在国）。Round-trip international travel expenses between home country and the training locations in China shall be borne by the participants themselves (from their home country to Beijing, China, and from Chengdu, China back to their home country).

3. 在华培训期间诸如医疗、人身意外伤害、财产损失等风险由学员自行承担。During the training period in China, participants shall bear full responsibility for any risks related to medical issues, personal accidents, or property loss.

七、报名流程  How to Apply

学员需在9月30日以前完成报名，报名请将以下材料通过电子邮件发送至中非创新合作中心 caicc@caicc.net.cn：

①《报名表》(见附件)；

②《个人简历》；

③护照扫描件；

④工作证件或在职证明；

⑤电子版2寸彩色近照（格式GPJ ，小于200KB）

The application will be due on September 30. Participants can apply by submitting the following materials to caicc@caicc.net.cn:

1) Application form (see the attachment);

2) CV or resume;

3) Scanned copy of passport;

4) Work ID or employment certificate; 

5) Digital version of a recent 2 inch color photograph (format: GPJ, ≤200KB)
