To support the “Belt and Road ”Initiative and to meet the demand of international talents, with the approval of the Ministry of Education , SNAEIA cooperated member units  to initiate “Study in China” Recruiting Base project, the project will be launched in four countries in Africa， including Morocco, Tunisia, Algeria and Egypt which are important cooperative countries along the "Belt and Road" route.

1. Negotiation and docking between both universities, confirm cooperation mode and major.

2. Signing the cooperation agreement

3. Inauguration Ceremony of Overseas Admission Base/Preparatory College

4. Project promotion and enrollment
